Faye

Faye secured her Law degree with Honours from the University of Reading and was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister of Inner Temple. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya and commenced practice as a civil litigator.

She is actively involved in a wide range of arbitration and litigation work involving complex corporate matters including company and shareholders’ disputes, commercial contracts, building / construction contracts, land transactions, probate and administration of estate, banking matters, family matters and judicial review. She also heads the conveyancing department of the firm.

Faye had in 2014 co-authored the Malaysia chapter on Dispute Resolution vide the Dispute Resolution Review, 6^th Edition; published by Law Business Research.

Besides Bahasa Malaysia and English, she is conversant in Mandarin. She is also committed to serve the Malaysian Bar and Kuala Lumpur Bar and has previously sat on the committee of the KL Young Lawyers Committee.
