Justin Ong is a founding partner of Justin Faye & Partners. He undertakes a wide range of legal work in various aspects of the law and is also a trademark agent.
He has appeared as lead counsel or co-counsel in various proceedings in the Federal Court, the Court of Appeal, the High Court as well as the lower Courts of Malaysia.
Faye secured her Law degree with Honours from the University of Reading and was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister of Inner Temple. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya and commenced practice as a civil litigator.
She is actively involved in a wide range of arbitration and litigation work involving complex corporate matters.
