Benjamin Ting

Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Honours from the University of Leeds, completed in 2019. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Science from the International Medical University in 2016, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in both science and law.

His practice primarily centres on corporate law and conveyancing. In the corporate sphere, Benjamin advises clients on a wide range of matters including business structuring, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), shareholders’ agreements, and regulatory compliance. He regularly assists companies with the drafting and review of commercial contracts, investment agreements, and corporate advisory matters.

Outside of his legal career, Benjamin enjoys tracking the stock market, a hobby that sharpens his commercial awareness and keeps him informed of economic trends, investor behavior, and market movements. These insights often enhance his corporate advisory work.
