Faye Lim

Partner

Faye is a partner of the firm and brings with her a decade’s worth of experience in litigation and corporate matters.

Her litigation practice encompasses the area of commercial litigation, construction disputes, family law, debt recovery and defamation matters. She has regularly appeared in the High Court as well as the appellate courts as part of her litigation practice. In addition, and as part of her full-fledged services to the firm’s clients, Faye also regularly advises and represents clients in corporate transactions as well as real estate transactions.

Faye is also an accredited Adjudicator with the Asian International Arbitration Centre and obtained the AIAC Certificate in Adjudication Course since 2018. She has appeared as Adjudicator in various construction disputes under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA). Her knowledge and expertise as an adjudicator gives her an edge in advising clients relating to construction-related disputes.

Faye also contributes to the growth of the Malaysian Bar. She previously served as the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee Chairperson of the Corporate & Conveyancing Practice Committee for year 2021/2022 and the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee Co-Chairperson of the Civil Practice and Court Liaison Committee in 2022/2023.

In line with her passion for the law, Faye has also co-authored the Malaysian chapter on Dispute Resolution vide the Dispute Resolution Review, 6th Edition published by Law Business Research in year 2013 and the recent
